Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NQ/AGENT Pipeline ("Service"), operated by NQ/AGENT Pipeline ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NQ/AGENT Pipeline provides automated NQ futures strategy research tools, including market scanning, strategy grading, and backtesting analysis. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.

⚠ Not Financial Advice. Nothing provided by NQ/AGENT Pipeline constitutes financial, investment, trading, or any other type of advice. All content, data, analysis, and results are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Recurring billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
No proration: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access through the end of the current billing period, but no partial refund will be issued.
No refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, unused access time, or technical issues.
Cancellation before renewal: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

5. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. No refunds will be issued due to Service changes or discontinuation.

6. Disclaimer of Liability for Trading Losses

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION, ANALYSIS, OR RESULTS PROVIDED THEREIN. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL TRADING AND INVESTMENT DECISIONS. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NQ/AGENT PIPELINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials or access to the Service.
Use the Service to develop competing products or services.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
