Cancellation

Subscriptions to NQ/Agent and JSG NQ Levels are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal to stop future renewals.

Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Access is not extended beyond that date.

Refunds

JSG NQ Levels — TradingView Access

TradingView indicator access is granted manually after the required TradingView username is received. [OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED — Insert approved terms for what happens to TradingView access upon cancellation or refund, e.g., whether access is revoked immediately or at end of period.]

How to Cancel

• Log in to your NQ/Agent account.
• Navigate to the billing portal via the account settings.
• Cancel through Stripe's secure portal. You will receive a confirmation email.
